Last day of 2008

2008

1st time taking a temp job..
spending 自己賺的錢
the feeling is so different..

getting A level result..
pondering what course to study..

got into ntu..
meeting new people..
new study environment..
independent learning..
tough for me..
a challenge for me..

learning to drive..
getting a driving license..

1st uni exams..
result was ok..
hope i can maintain this kind of result until the end of 4 yrs..

left a few days to the new sem..
another round of hard work..
have to really settle down and conc on studies..

later going eugenia's house..
s19 gathering..
hope it will be fun..
long time nv see s19 ppl le..
hope they are fine..

still thinking if i shld drive anot..

今天有突破
drive on expressway 4 times..
2 times on AYE
another 2 on PIE/KJE

driving on AYE was quite alright..
on PIE was quite scary..
abit lost when i came to the PIE and KJE junction..

pedestrians freak me out just now..
at jurong west..
there was a ______ (liyun hates) wanted to cross the road when the car was so near..
i was forced to slow down..
but the traffic light turn amber!
bo bian hav to accelerate..
wah piang eh!
thou i'm still a new driver w/o much exp..
shldnt complain much..
but..
pedestrians, pls look out for cars when u wan to cross the road illegally..
it's for your own safety..
and for my precious license..

less than 24 hrs will know my exams result le..
no confidence..
very scared..

Sunday..

1st time to s'pore flyer..

good experience..

a different view looking at spore town..

(night scenery will be nicer)

but..

there construction site..

building marina IR..

kinda ruin scenery..

i guess that was time i took so many photos in spore ba..

we took 120 plus photos in 1/2 day..

from inside the cabin..

to the mini garden at the flyer..

to the road outside the flyer..

to the corridor outside marina sq..

to MOF..

initially wanted to go outside suntec to take more photos..

but after eating bento + dessert..

very full.. --> very tired..

argh..

lousy me..

raining yesterday..
windscreens are not clear..

drove to aunt house..

in multistorey carpark..
found a slot..

doing reversing..
only notice the red car beside it..
didnt realise there was a pillar..
car boot hit on it!

now the car boot got a small dent..
tot the paint came off..
lucky it didnt..

careless me..
